We spend time with our new patients, doing an extensive intake and getting a complete physical history. In order for us to identify your needs, answer your questions and learn about your past treatments, we'd like to offer you the opportunity to fill out our "Patient Information Form" prior to your initial appointment. You can then bring this form with you for your first appointment.

"After rotator cuff surgery that also entailed reattaching the biceps muscle, my doctor sent me to a pain clinic. When it was determined that I could not tolerate anti-inflammatorys or most efficient pain medications they prescribed a T.E.N.S. unit (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator) which helped somewhat. In desperation, though skeptical, I decided to try acupuncture and put myself into the hands of Meridian Acupuncture Clinic. They were not only able to significantly reduce the pain level in my shoulder, but also treated an existing arthritic condition in my knees. Due to lack of cartilage in one knee it had become very painful to walk and stairs were a major endurance test. Now I am able to walk mostly without pain and stairs are doable. As a side benefit I am now able to sleep a solid 5 to 6 hours for the first time in years. I can even return to sleep after walking.

Life is now much more enjoyable thanks to Meridian. In spite of "needle phobia". I trot myself to Meridian Acupuncture Clinic for my "well being" fix and would heartily recommend their services."
